（籌）To ensure the efficient operation of the association and to promote research and application in genetic genealogy, we are actively designing and attempting to establish the following institutions for the East Asian Genetic Genealogy Association:

- Responsible for the highest decision-making and strategy formulation of the association.
- Includes the president, vice president, secretary-general, and financial officer, among others.
- Tasked with developing and executing research projects, including genetics research and genealogical studies.
- Organizes and coordinates academic research, data analysis, and results publication.
- Develops educational programs and training materials aimed at enhancing the scientific knowledge and research skills of the public and members.
- Organizes lectures, seminars, and workshops.
- Focuses on cultural heritage protection and heritage projects.
- Promotes international cultural exchange and cooperation.
- Responsible for member recruitment, management, and services.
- Organizes exclusive activities for members, providing member benefits.
- In charge of the association's branding, public relations, and media communication.
- Manages the official website, social media, and other publications.
- Provides technical support and solutions, including applications of data management, information technology, and blockchain technology.
- Ensures the security and privacy protection of research data.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining international cooperation relations.
- Seeks partners, organizes international conferences, and projects.
